casibo Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

casibo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

Each individual may hold only one active casibo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account profile if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casibo login credentials. You agree to:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your casibo account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. casibo does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which casibo accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your account.

Anti-Money Laundering: casibo is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. casibo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected financial crime, with all associated balances subject to retention pending investigation.

casibo may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other incentives to its members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on casibo bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

casibo uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers using certified physical dealing equipment and supervised by independent testing agencies. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casibo platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated conduct designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in casibo's platform or in any third-party game — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation are void.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct transactions that constitute money laundering or that are connected to any criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing casibo staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the casibo Platform without prior written authorization.

As a condition of using the casibo platform, you acknowledge that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casibo's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

casibo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not casibo was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond casibo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, and acts of government.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your failure to protect your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit casibo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

casibo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where casibo determines in its sole discretion that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or security risk to casibo or other members.
• The member has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• casibo is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

You may request closure of your casibo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, casibo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to apply such balance toward the recovery of any losses, costs, or damages suffered by casibo as a result of the breach.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
